Leather Laptop Sleeves, Handmade in Pakistan
Two full-grain leather laptop sleeves, cut and stitched by hand in Lahore. Both come in 14-inch and 16-inch, in Cognac and Black.
What full-grain actually means
Most laptop sleeves sold online in Pakistan are labelled "genuine leather". It reads like a guarantee. It is closer to the opposite — genuine leather is made from the split layers left behind once the top grain has been shaved away, and it wears the way cardboard wears. It peels at the corners, goes shiny where your hands sit, and never develops a patina.
Full-grain is the hide with nothing removed. The grain is still intact, which makes it denser, more resistant to moisture, and able to darken and soften rather than break down. A full-grain sleeve looks better in its fifth year than in its first. That is the whole argument for buying one, and it is the only claim on this page that matters.
So when you are comparing leather laptop sleeves, there is really one question: which layer of the hide is this? If the answer is not plainly "full-grain" or "top-grain", assume it is bonded and price it accordingly.
How ours are made
Every LAVEOR sleeve is cut from vegetable-tanned full-grain cowhide and stitched by hand by a single craftsman in one workshop in Lahore, in batches small enough that one person inspects each piece before it ships. Stress points are saddle-stitched — two needles, one thread — so a broken stitch stays where it is instead of unzipping the seam. The emblem is debossed into the hide rather than printed on top of it.
Small batches are not a marketing position. It is simply how many a person can make properly in a week, and it is why a size sometimes reads as coming soon rather than in stock.
The two pieces
Getting the size right
Sleeves are sold by the laptop they fit, so measure the laptop's width and depth rather than trusting its screen size — two 14-inch machines can differ by a centimetre. These are the external dimensions of the sleeves themselves:
- 14-inch sleeve
- 14.5 × 10 in · 36.8 × 25.4 cm — fits 13.6-inch and 14-inch laptops
- 16-inch sleeve
- 16 × 11.5 in · 40.6 × 29.2 cm — fits 15.6-inch and 16-inch laptops
If you are between sizes, take the larger one. If your laptop is unusually thick, message us before ordering and we will check the fit against your model rather than guess at it.
Leather or neoprene
Neoprene is lighter, cheaper, and genuinely good at absorbing a knock. What it cannot do is last. It compresses, the edges fray, and after a year of being pulled in and out of a bag it looks like something you are waiting to replace. Leather starts stiffer, protects through structure rather than squash, and improves on exactly the timescale neoprene degrades on.
If you want the lightest possible protection for a laptop you will replace in two years, buy neoprene. If you would rather carry one thing for ten, this is the case for leather.

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan, usually within three to five business days of dispatch. Cash on delivery is a flat PKR 250; bank transfer orders ship free. Any unused piece can come back within seven days.
